Representing Cherokee County

Play Video

Cherokee County is a special place to live, work, and raise a family.  It’s one of the reasons why this area’s population has grown so much over the past 20 years.  However, growth in the number of people, vehicles, and businesses also comes with an increase in dangers that too often harm our friends and neighbors.  This is where the law firm of Capovilla & Williams can help.

Our firm was founded – and exists today – to assist community members who are forced to face extraordinarily challenging circumstances after a tragic event.  They may have been in a serious car, truck, or motorcycle accident or injured at work or because of a negligent health care professional.  Regardless of the cause, attorneys Robert Capovilla and Mickey Williams are here to ensure individuals and families are able to move forward from tough times.  And they have proven their ability to do just that.

Robert and Mickey are true trial attorneys who routinely take cases as far as necessary to obtain justice for their clients.  Their dedication and commitment was learned during their honorable service in the United States Army and carries forth today in the law practice they founded to serve the residents of Cherokee County.
